Please ensure that you thoroughly read this policy for the best shopping experience with Prevail The Label.

PRE-ORDER TURN AROUND TIME

Prevail The Label is Working on having "Hair on Hand" very soon. As of now, all items are to be pre-ordered. Please allow up to 14 business days (usually between 5-8) for orders to be processed. We take a high level of care with preparing and packaging each order to ensure the best experience for every customer.

After orders are processed, you will receive tracking information via email.

Orders will not be processed over the weekend or during national holidays.

Please keep in mind that during the processing time frame, you will not receive any order updates.

Prevail the Label is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items after they are in the hands of USPS and/or any other courier. Please contact your local post office if any problems occur.

Please ensure your address is correct BEFORE checkout as we are NOT responsible if your package is sent to the wrong location as per your entry. If for any reason your package is returned to us, you are responsible for the new shipping fees.
